Throughout the year our certified personal trainers design programs that last between 4 and 8 weeks to provide accountability, teamwork, motivation, a physical challenge, diversity, fun and results to our members.
Challenge yourself with our Gravity Machines in our Gravity Class! You will use your own body weight to build muscle and tone your entire body!
Our newest 4 week program is Extreme Bootcamp with Ginn & Dia! This hour long twice a week program will whip you into shape for the spring and summer with full body intense circuit training!
Self Defense is back! This 8 week hands on Self Defense class will teach you to fight and survive!
